This free half-day workshop is suited to current or future health professionals who work with new mums.
It explores the continuum of mental health, types of online cognitive behaviour therapies, and when and how you can help new mums connect with these supports.
Participants in this workshop will enhance their understanding and application of the following topics:
Mental health in the perinatal period and iCBT.
Perinatal iCBT options and supporting new mums.
Challenges for new mums, rapport building, and supporting access to online CBT.
